STEVE
Hi, I'm

Who I Am
I grew up chasing card tricks and wondering if the things the world called impossible really were. Somewhere along the way, magic became more than a hobby—it became a language. A way to connect. A way to ask better questions about what it means to live fully alive in a world that often feels uncertain. I don’t have it all figured out. I’ve made mistakes, taken risks that didn’t work, and walked through seasons where courage felt far away. But through it all, I keep coming back to the same conviction: in the middle of challenges, stress, or uncertainty, there’s still joy, opportunity, and magic worth finding if we’re daring enough to look for it.

What I Do
On paper, I’m a magician, mentalist, speaker, storyteller, and runner. But really, my work is about helping people take courage, reignite joy, and rediscover the wonder that’s already around them. I meet people right where they are and give them a glimpse of wonder. In everything I do—whether performing, speaking, or running—I want to help people replace cynicism with curiosity and walk away with great questions that create a lens that can change how we see ourselves, each other, and the challenges we go through as we take the next step.

The Goal
To remind people that wonder isn’t gone—it’s just hard to see at times, hidden in the middle of our everyday lives. To help people tell better stories and communicate in ways that bring us closer together. And to show the next generation of leaders how to choose courage when fear feels easier.
When we do those things, we create a more connected world. We see the light in ourselves, offer it to others, and realize that in our shared humanness, there is always wonder to be found.
Mental Fitness Advocacy
In 2019, I ran my first marathon in a straitjacket. For 26.2 miles I carried the weight of that restraint, covered in words like fear, failure, and anxiety—challenges written down by people who had come to my shows. Just before crossing the finish line, I broke free.
I didn’t do it for a headline or a stunt. I did it to show what it looks like to keep taking the next step, even when life feels impossible. We all carry burdens, obstacles, and invisible weights. They are real, but they don’t have to hold us back. That marathon became a picture of perseverance and a public declaration of my commitment to mental health—to remind people that even in the middle of their hardest struggles, freedom is still possible, one step at a time.
